Tickets and entry

Your digital ticket will be emailed after purchase. Have it ready to scan at the door (on your phone or printed). Goody bags and VIP packs can be collected from the ERA table in the lobby.

Accessibility

The venue is accessibility-friendly, with a separate accessible entry available. Clear signage will be in place, and our ERA team will be there to welcome and assist you every step of the way.

If you are a wheelchair or mobility scooter user, we kindly ask that you let us know when purchasing your ticket so we can ensure your goody bag is ready for you at the accessible entry and provide the best possible experience.

More details will be shared closer to the event. We’re here to make sure everyone feels comfortable, supported, and part of the magic!

Workshop and panel tickets

These are add-ons and not included with General Admission (GA). You must have at least a GA ticket to attend any session. Seats are limited and bookings open closer to the event.

  • VIP: 1 included session (Seats still must be reserved!)

  • VIP Plus: All sessions included (Seats still must be reserved!)

We highly recommend securing your panel/workshop spot early.

Refunds and cancellations

All ticket sales are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or inability to attend.

All sales are final. No refunds for change of mind. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket by emailing us with the new attendee’s details by 25 September 2027.

If ERA27 is postponed or cancelled, we’ll contact you with next steps in line with Australian consumer laws.
