General Admission:

Panels and workshops are not included with General Admission tickets.
To attend a panel or workshop, you’ll need to purchase an add-on ticket via our ticketing page. Availability is limited, so we recommend securing your spot early.

VIP and VIP Plus:

Panels and workshops are included with VIP (one session) and VIP Plus (all sessions) tickets. To reserve your spot, please complete the session selection form sent to your e-mail. You must reserve your spot to help us manage numbers and ensure the best experience.

  • What time can I enter the event?

    • VIP & VIP Plus: Early entry starts at 10:00 AM.

    • General Admission: Doors open at 10:30 AM.

    • Afternoon Only: You may enter from 1:30 PM.

    Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
    No, a digital ticket on your phone or a photo of your ticket is fine. Our volunteers will scan your QR code at entry.

    I require accessibility accommodations. How do I let you know?

    Please email hello@erabookevents.com with your needs (e.g., wheelchair access, seating adjustments). We’ll ensure the space is comfortable for you.

    Is there an age limit?

    Yes. Due to the mature themes in some of our authors’ books, the event is recommended for ages 16 and up. Attendees under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    Are goody bags included?

    • VIP & VIP Plus: VIP Goody bags are included with your ticket.

    • General Admission: GA goody bags are included with your ticket.

    • Afternoon Only: No goody bags included.

  • Do I need to bring cash?
    We recommend bringing cash. Most authors and vendors accept cards, but connectivity issues can occasionally occur at events like this. The venue is underground, although we will have Wi-Fi available for card payments.

    Can I pre-order books/merch for the event?
    Yes! Pre-ordering is highly recommended to ensure your items are available for pick-up at the event. You can find all pre-order links here.

    Are there limits to how many books/items I can get signed?

    Any limits are set by the author. Please respect their rules and requests to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.

  • How do I reserve a panel or workshop spot?

    • VIP and VIP Plus: You should have received a session selection form via email. If you haven’t, email us at hello@erabookevents.com.

    • General Admission: Panels and workshops are add-on tickets only. You can purchase via our ticketing page (availability is limited). You can also purchase a panel ticket at the event, subject to availability.

    Can I attend more than one panel or workshop as a VIP?

    VIP tickets include one panel or workshop session. Additional sessions may be available for purchase on our ticketing page, subject to availability.

    VIP Plus tickets include all sessions.

    Will special guest authors’ books be available to buy at the event?

    No, books by Tigest Girma, Vanessa Len, and Maithree Wijesekarawill not be sold at the event. You must bring your own copy or pre-order through ERA26 - you should have received a form to fill out for pre-ordering . If not, please e-mail hello@erabookevents.com.

    What if I change my mind about my session?

    Email hello@erabookevents.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability

  • Will there be food and drinks at the event?

    We will have a water cooler at the ERA window, and our sweet treats vendor, Third Circle Bakery.

    For further refreshments, there is the Arrow Cafe just upstairs.

    Can I take photos at the event?

    Yes! We encourage photos at designated backdrops and throughout the event. If you post on social media, tag us at @erabookevents so we can see your photos.

    What should I bring with me?

    • Your ticket (digital or printed)

    • Books you’d like signed

    • Water bottle

    What should I wear?

    We would love to see you dressed up, but we encourage comfort over everything!

    How do I contact ERA26 during the event?
    You can approach any volunteer throughout the space - just look out for the yellow badges.

Pre-ordering means less time queuing and more time exploring the magic.

It’s a long (and likely hot) day. Grab water, sit when you need to. We will have a water cooler at the ERA window and chairs in the venue lobby.
